Privacy Policy

BigBazar uses the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and handle replacement requests.

Order information

We collect your contact information, delivery address and order details. We share the information needed to fulfil your order with our delivery partners and service providers.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

If you allow marketing cookies, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product views, items added to your cart, checkout starts and orders placed. We may also send an order event from our server through Meta Conversions API. These events include product identifiers, order value and currency, Meta attribution cookies and browser information. Server order events can also include your email address and country after SHA-256 hashing so Meta can match the event. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.

These events help us measure advertising and show relevant ads. An order event can represent a cash-on-delivery order before payment has been collected. Meta processes the information under its Privacy Policy.

Your cookie choices

Marketing tracking starts only after you choose Allow marketing. You can reject marketing cookies and still shop. When tracking is enabled, use Cookie settings to change your choice. Rejecting removes Meta attribution cookies and stops future browser marketing events and consent for new orders. Changing your choice does not retract events already sent or an order event already queued with your permission.

Contact and data requests

We do not sell your personal information. For privacy questions or a request to access or delete your information, email support@bigbazar.ae or message +971 56 866 2372.
