We want you to order with confidence. Every product from BigBazar.ae is covered by our replacement warranty.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
- Contact us on WhatsApp (+971 56 865 4382) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share a short photo or video of the issue so we can verify it quickly.
- We will arrange a free replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
Checking your order at delivery
Since we offer Cash on Delivery, we encourage you to check your item when it arrives. If something is clearly wrong at the door, you can refuse the parcel — no payment needed.
What's not covered
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, water damage, misuse).
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Change-of-mind returns after the item has been used.
